Characters 1 and 2

I saw this project that you have to sketch and paint for 100 days on someones blog i think it was Garrett Hanna. Amazing painter to bad i never talked to him in school but i liked his idea for 100 days. Well anyways i started on that and I've gotten two down 98 more too go. I'm either going to paint them or sketch a lot of characters depends on the mood of the day. Here are the first two hopefully i improve on my painting skills.

Post-Apocalyptic. Its a story that i am working on so i just did some designs for it something that easy and fun to animate.

Late Nite Snack

This bg was the first shot to my film and it was the hardest shot to paint. I had to figure out the painting technique. Once that was set down then i could move to set of my others bg's. Painting Bgs for my film was hard at first then eventuallly i caught up to the speed and painting better and faster. This was my independent film, now i know how much effort it takes to make a short film, there is a better sense of time management. If in the future i decide to make another film on my own i know how much time it will take me to do that, well close to it atleast.

This is for my friend Sapna, for her Birthday as a gift..IT end up taking me long time to finish it bc i had no idea where i was going with it so it took me time to figure out what do with it.
